Responsibilities
- Operate computed tomography (CT) equipment to produce cross-sectional images for radiologist interpretation
- Perform additional imaging procedures as needed, including general radiography and fluoroscopy
- Use PACS and teleradiology systems to transfer images to the appropriate location and maintain accurate image files
- Maintain patient records, imaging files, and related billing information, ensuring HIPAA compliance
- Conduct routine maintenance and calibration of CT equipment and manage supply inventory
- Collaborate with radiologists and the radiology team to ensure patient safety and efficient workflow during night coverage

Requirements
- ARRT certification: RT (R)(CT) or RT (R) with ARRRT; Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) required; CA RT license required
- Advanced CT Certification: Required in some regions; in this assignment, CT certification is required (CA preferred)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor; Fluoroscopy license in CA if operating fluoroscopy
- Venipuncture certification if performing contrast administration
- Associate degree in Radiologic Technology preferred
- At least two years of recent experience in radiology/CT
- Ability to work in a hospital setting and cover CT and diagnostic X-ray across shifts
- Experience with GE CT equipment preferred
- E-Verify participation as part of employment eligibility
