Travel Registered Nurse LTC Job
Registered Nurse – Long-Term Care (LTC) travel assignment in Clovis, NM, starting May 1, 2026 for 7 weeks. Local candidates only. Pay is $961-$1020 per week with 36 guaranteed hours per week on a 3x12-hour day shift in a Skilled Nursing Facility.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to residents in a long-term care setting, including monitoring needs, assisting with activities of daily living, and documenting care.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitor for adverse effects, and document administration in the medical record.
- Implement and reassess care plans; coordinate with the interdisciplinary team to adjust care based on resident condition.
- Monitor patient safety, prevent falls, manage infections, and respond to clinical changes; escalate to the physician as needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation, uphold infection control practices, and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Educate residents and families about care plans, medication administration, and post-acute needs; participate in discharge planning and transitions of care.
Requirements
- Current, unrestricted RN license to practice (state of assignment)
- CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to work in a long-term care setting and provide resident-centered care
- Availability to work a 3x12-hour shift schedule for a 7-week travel assignment
- LOCAL ONLY – candidate must reside in the local area
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen
