Travel - Temporary Assignment in a hospital setting. Start date: 06/29/2026. Duration: 13 weeks. Shift: 3x12 Nights (7:00 pm–7:00 am). Weekly pay: $1,613–$1,727 per week. No guaranteed hours. This travel assignment involves working with multiple care units in a hospital environment.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct and indirect patient care to residents on assigned units, under the supervision of nursing leadership
- Monitor vital signs, assess conditions, and document changes; communicate observations to the supervising RN
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility protocols; document administration
- Assist with activities of daily living and mobility, including hygiene, nutrition support, and comfort measures
- Collaborate with RNs, LPNs, and other care team members to implement individualized care plans
- Support dementia and Alzheimer’s care using approved communication techniques and behavior management strategies
- Maintain a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment; adhere to infection control and safety standards; respond to call lights promptly
- May assist with IV therapy and wound care as directed by unit guidelines and scope of practice
Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse license in Maine or a compact state
- Education: Associates in Nursing or Graduate of Maine State Board approved LPN course
- Experience: 1–3 years of RN/LPN experience preferred
- Ability to work in a hospital travel assignment and to float to other units as needed
- Candidate must reside outside a 50-mile radius of Lewiston, ME
- Note: Candidates with licensure hits will not be considered
