In this Cath Lab RN role, you’ll own a comprehensive set of responsibilities that drive patient safety and procedural excellence. Your key duties include: pre-procedure patient assessment and optimization, equipment setup and calibration, sterile technique and infection control, vascular access, and support during diagnostic and therapeutic cath interventions, including wedge positioning, hemodynamic monitoring, and interpretation of intra-procedural data. You’ll participate in post-procedure recovery, education for patients and families, and meticulous documentation to support continuity of care.
