Cath Lab Tech – Radiology in Olathe, KS. Travel assignment begins May 17, 2026 and runs 13 weeks. Weekly pay range: $2,958–$3,204 per week. Guaranteed hours: none. Shift: 4x10-hour days. Setting: Short Term Acute Care Hospital.

- Credentials/experience: ARRT or RCIS license; ACLS and BLS; minimum 1 year Cath Lab and/or IR experience; ability to float to EP Lab; pacemaker experience; EPIC EMR experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide scrub, tool, and circulating support in Cath Lab and IR suites for diagnostic and interventional procedures
- Assist with catheter-based and EP/ Pacemaker cases; float to EP Lab as needed
- Prepare and maintain sterile fields; manage equipment and imaging systems; monitor patient status during procedures
- Document procedures and patient data in the EPIC electronic medical record; communicate clearly with physicians and nursing staff
- Ensure room readiness, supply management, and equipment maintenance; respond to intra-procedural changes and emergencies
- Adhere to infection control protocols and safety standards; participate in patient handoffs and post-procedure care
Requirements
- Active ARRT or RCIS license
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications
- Minimum 1 year of Cath Lab and/or IR experience; ability to float to EP Lab; experience with pacemakers
- EPIC EMR experience preferred
- Ability to work a 4x10-hour shift schedule in a travel assignment
- Eligibility to work in the United States
Benefits and Support
- Orientation: two-day TUKHS orientation in the first week followed by local orientation
- Orientation time: approximately 8 hours non-billable
- Credentialing timeline: credentials due by Monday one week prior to start
- EMR: Epic system used for documentation and orders
- Assignment support: dedicated staffing team and general assignment coordination throughout the contract
