Licensed Practical Nurse, Long-Term Care, Cody, WY — Travel assignment beginning May 4, 2026 for 13 weeks. Earn between $1,967 and $2,022 per week with 48 guaranteed hours per week. Shift: 3x12 night shifts (6:00 pm–6:30 am). Setting: surgery center.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting according to the care plan and orders.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments; monitor patient response and report changes.
- Monitor vital signs, perform routine assessments, document findings in the EMR, and escalate concerns to the supervising nurse.
- Document care and interventions in PointClickCare EMR accurately and timely.
- May float between two floors; collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support residents’ needs and safe transfers.
- Maintain safety, infection control, and adherence to standards of practice in daily care activities.
Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (Wyoming)
- Minimum 2 years of recent long-term care experience
- BLS certification
- Proficiency with PointClickCare EMR
- Able to work the 6:00 pm–6:30 am night shift and float between two floors
- Permanent address located more than 100 miles from the assignment location (100-mile radius rule)
