Travel Registered Nurse ER Job
Registered Nurse – ER travel assignment in Milton, Massachusetts. Start date 08/04/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay $722-$775 per week. Contract guarantees 72 hours biweekly. Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to emergency department patients, including assessment, monitoring, and timely interventions
- Administer medications, execute treatments, and interpret telemetry/ECG findings; respond to abnormal rhythms
- Triage and stabilize patients, coordinate with the interdisciplinary team, and document care in the electronic health record
- Monitor patient status, escalate with urgency as needed, and participate in code/rapid response events
- Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatments, and discharge planning; collaborate with physicians, case managers, and support staff
Requirements
- Active Massachusetts RN license at time of submission or valid temporary license
- Certs required: BLS, ACLS, TNCC; PALS or ENPC preferred
- Experience: minimum 2 years of ER/telemetry nursing
- Onboarding tests: must pass telemetry ECG test and medications test on orientation day with a passing score of 85% on the first attempt
- Onboarding logistics: must schedule testing within 48 hours of confirmation and complete all tests within 1 week
- Additional constraints: no RTO approved; no local travelers accepted (must reside outside a 50-mile radius from the assignment)
- Start date readiness: must be available to interview and receive an offer for the 08/04/2026 start
- Candidate eligibility: must have been separated from current role by at least 6 months (perm, per diem, or travel)
