Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to adolescent patients in an inpatient behavioral health setting, with attention to safety and clinical needs
- Perform comprehensive assessments, administer medications, monitor responses, and document in the electronic medical record
- Collaborate with psychiatry, psychology, social work, and other nursing staff to implement individualized care plans
- Utilize de-escalation techniques and intervene to prevent/manage behavioral crises while maintaining a therapeutic environment
- Monitor for changes in mental status, risk factors, and physical health, reporting promptly to the care team
- Adhere to regulatory requirements, patient privacy, and unit policies in all aspects of care

Requirements
- Active NH or Compact RN license required at time of submission
- NURSYS license verification showing all active RN licenses
- Minimum 2 years of recent adolescent behavioral health inpatient experience
- Current BLS and CPI or MOAB certifications
- Cerner EMR experience preferred
- RTO must be included at submission; driver’s license with address matching demographics; up-to-date resume including travel experience
