Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to ambulatory patients, including assessment, monitoring, and administration of medications and treatments as ordered.
- Triage patient needs, coordinate care with the ambulatory care team, and document in the EMR (EPIC preferred).
- Prepare patients for exams or procedures, assist physicians and clinic staff, and ensure patient safety and comfort.
- Educate patients and families on procedures, medications, and post-visit care; participate in discharge planning as appropriate.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation and comply with hospital policies, infection control, and safety standards.
- Collaborate with the care team to support quality improvement and patient experience initiatives.

Requirements
- Active Massachusetts RN license (Nursys verification with ACTIVE current or conditional license pulled within the last 7 days)
- Current BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred
- 1–2+ years RN ambulatory/clinic experience; specialty experience required
- EMR experience preferred (EPIC)
- Flu vaccine current during flu season
- Ability to work in an ambulatory clinic setting within a hospital environment; Monday–Friday daytime schedule
- Up-to-date resume showing ambulatory RN experience; 2 recent references from MS/Tele Charge RN/Manager/Supervisor; Skills checklist matching specialty (submission requirements)
- Driver’s license with address matching demographics
