Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) travel assignment in Albuquerque, New Mexico. This local-only opportunity is in a long-term care setting (LTC – Nursing Home). Start date: 03/16/2026 for 8 weeks. Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and document accordingly
- Monitor residents’ conditions, report changes to the supervising RN, and adjust care as prescribed
- Provide routine nursing care and assist with activities of daily living
- Measure and record vital signs; perform basic assessments and respond to changes in patient status
- Ensure infection control practices and safety protocols are followed; maintain accurate care plans
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support resident goals and quality of life in a long-term care setting
Requirements
- Active LPN license in New Mexico
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to work 3x12-hour day shifts (06:00–18:30)
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Prior experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing preferred
