Responsibilities

- Educate patients and families; participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.
- Document care in the electronic health record (EPIC) and maintain compliance with policies and safety standards.
Requirements
- Current California RN license (state of practice) and active, unrestricted license
- CPR/BLS certification required; ACLS certification required
- NIH Stroke Scale certification required
- EPIC experience required
- Minimum 2 years of recent acute care nursing experience
- BSN: Preferred
- Ability to work in a hospital tele unit and meet the listed schedule; eligible for travel assignments
