Responsibilities
- Provide COTA support under supervision within a skilled nursing facility rehabilitation program
- Implement therapeutic activities and interventions to support mobility, balance, self-care, and functional independence
- Assist residents with activities of daily living and participate in prescribed therapeutic exercises
- Document progress notes and maintain accurate patient records in the chart
- Monitor patient response to therapy and communicate changes to the supervising occupational therapist
- Collaborate with the rehab team, nursing staff, and other disciplines to adjust plans and ensure patient safety and continuity of care
Requirements
- Availability to start on 11/16/2026 and commit to the 13-week assignment
- Ability to work in a skilled nursing facility setting
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with the rehab and care teams
