Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care under supervision of licensed nursing staff
- Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
- Take and document routine vital signs and report changes to the supervising nurse
- Support safe mobility and transfers using proper body mechanics and assistive devices
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable patient environment; respond to call lights promptly
- Adhere to infection control practices and safety protocols
Requirements
- Active CNA/LNA certification or licensure as required by state regulations
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work assigned day and/or evening shifts
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to travel and adapt to diverse care settings
