Shift: Night shift, 3x12s (6:00 PM–6:30 AM)
Setting: Critical Access Hospital; Travel - Temporary Assignment
This assignment is with Healthforce Healthcare LLC. The RN will provide care in a fast-paced ED with potential ICU exposure and may float between ER and ICU as needed. EPIC experience is required.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department (and potentially ICU) per nursing standards.
- Assess, triage, monitor, and document patient status; administer medications and treatments within scope.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams; communicate changes in patient condition promptly.
- Prepare patients for procedures, transfers, or discharge; ensure patient safety and comfort.
- Document care in the electronic medical record (EPIC) and maintain accuracy and HIPAA compliance.
- Participate in patient education, infection control, and quality improvement activities as assigned.

Requirements
- Licenses: Current California RN license
- Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
- Education: Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
- Experience: At least one year of RN experience within the last 24 months with acute critical care experience within the last 12 months; or EMT/ED Tech with a minimum of 2 years' experience and in good standing
- Specialty/experience: ER and ICU experience preferred; EPIC experience required; ability to float between ER and ICU as needed
- Additional: MICN desired within one year of hire; NRP, TNCC, and CEN encouraged; strong computer skills
