- Assist residents with activities of daily living and mobility, supporting comfort and safety.
- Document care, assessments, and interventions accurately in resident records.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to implement and adjust care plans as needed.
Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in North Carolina
- Ability to work 3x12 night shifts (7:00 PM–7:30 AM)
- Willingness to commit to a 6-week assignment with 36 guaranteed hours per week
- Strong clinical documentation and communication skills
