Occupational Therapist needed for a travel assignment in a skilled nursing setting in Rosedale, Maryland, United States. Start date: 04/27/2026. Duration: 13 weeks. Guaranteed hours: 35 per week. Shift: 08:00–16:30. This is a temporary, travel assignment in a SNF environment.

Responsibilities
- Conduct OT evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for residents
- Implement and monitor therapy programs to improve activities of daily living, mobility, cognition, and safety
- Reassess resident progress and adjust treatment plans as needed; document outcomes in records
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team (nursing, therapy disciplines, social work) to coordinate care
- Educate residents and families on home exercise programs, equipment, and safety strategies
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, payer guidelines, and facility policies; maintain infection control and safety standards
Requirements
- Active occupational therapy license in Maryland
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Ability to work in a skilled nursing facility environment
- Experience in geriatric rehabilitation or SNF settings preferred
- Demonstrated professionalism, communication, and documentation skills; ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
