Travel Surgical Tech Job
Travel Surgical Technologist – OR in Morrisville, VT starts 04/06/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay ranges from $1,791 to $1,881 with guaranteed 40 hours per week. Shift is Days, in a hospital operating room setting. This assignment supports the circulator and surgeon during operative cases and requires maintaining a safe, sterile environment under qualified OR personnel. There is an on-call component: one weeknight call per week and weekend call every 5th weekend. Compliance with all applicable state and federal health care laws and policies is required.

Responsibilities
- Assist the circulator and surgeon during a wide range of operative procedures
- Maintain a sterile field and safe environment for the patient under supervision of OR staff
- Prepare, position, and drape patients; arrange and handle instruments and supplies
- Count sponges, needles, and instruments with the team to prevent retained items
- Monitor equipment and assist with maintaining proper tissue handling and hemostasis
- Communicate effectively with the OR team to support efficient, safe case flow
