Overview
Registered Nurse – OR in Clearlake, California. This travel assignment starts 11/24/2026 and runs for 13 weeks with guaranteed 40 hours per week. Weekly pay ranges from $2,531 to $2,636 per week. Shift schedule is day shift with a 4x10-hour pattern (approximately 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Thursday) with on-call requirements. Work setting is a Critical Access Hospital performing perioperative care across age groups. This assignment is a travel-temporary position through Healthforce Healthcare LLC.

Responsibilities
- Deliver professional nursing care to patients across age groups in the OR, under the supervision of perioperative leadership
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and circulating staff to plan and execute safe operative care
- Monitor patient status before, during, and after procedures; manage vitals, equipment, and anesthesia-related needs
- Maintain sterile technique, contribute to the sterile field, and ensure equipment readiness and safety
- Document perioperative assessments, interventions, and patient responses; communicate changes to the team
- Participate in post-anesthesia care activities as appropriate and support discharge planning and patient education

Requirements
- Current California RN license
- Education: Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of recent nursing experience in the field
- Certifications: BLS required; ACLS and PALS certifications within six months of employment, recertified every two years as applicable
- Credentials: CNOR, PANAC, AAOPU preferred for perioperative/outpatient roles
- Ability to function in an OR environment and to participate in on-call coverage as required
