Travel Registered Nurse Tele Job
Registered Nurse, Telemetry (Tele) – Los Angeles, CA, United States. Travel assignment starting 08/10/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay range: $1,880–$1,884 per week. Shift: 12-hour day shifts (3x12). Setting: inpatient acute care/telemetry unit within a healthcare facility.

Responsibilities
- Provide coordinated nursing care for telemetry patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff; coordinate care with other disciplines using critical thinking, professional judgment, and independent decision-making.
- Assess patients, implement and evaluate care plans, monitor clinical status, and respond promptly to changes in condition.
- Administer medications, monitor for adverse effects, and document actions accurately in the patient record.
- Collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care and effective handoffs.
Requirements
- Active RN license appropriate for California
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts in a telemetry-focused inpatient unit
- Experience or ability to function in an inpatient telemetry setting with multidisciplinary teams
- Willingness to clock in to the unit being worked per Float Pool policy
- Availability for a 13-week travel assignment
