Registered Nurse – Telemetry, Glendale, California. Travel assignment starts 10/12/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay range: $2,022–$2,100 per week. Guaranteed hours: 36 per week. Shift: 3x12-hour day shifts. Setting: hospital-based telemetry/medical-surgical unit in a general acute care environment.

Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care to an assigned group of patients using the nursing process.
- Monitor patient status on telemetry and on medical-surgical units; administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
- Document care and outcomes in the electronic health record (Epic) and collaborate with the care team to adjust plans as needed.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans; coordinate care delivery across disciplines; participate in discharge planning for continuity of care.
- Educate patients and families, provide teaching on medications, procedures, and safety, and participate in rounding with interdisciplinary teams.
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of nursing staff and assist with staffing assignments as appropriate.
Requirements
- Active RN license in the state of practice (California) or appropriate licensing for the assignment
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; CPR certification from an approved vendor per policy
- Minimum 2 years of recent experience in the field; acute care, telemetry and/or medical-surgical experience preferred
- Epic EMR experience required or highly preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Ability to work on a hospital unit, float to Medical-Surgical and Telemetry as needed, and provide safe, patient-centered care
