Responsibilities
- Deliver direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting in accordance with the plan of care and facility policies

- Monitor resident status, vital signs, and safety; report changes promptly to the supervising clinician
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including CNAs, physicians, and therapists to update and optimize care plans
- Maintain infection control practices, patient privacy, and high standards of safety and dignity in daily care

- Availability to begin on 10/19/2026 and commit to the assigned duration
