Travel Registered Nurse Neuro Job
Registered Nurse – Neurology (Neuro) traveling opportunity in Rochester, New York, United States. Start date: 09/28/2026. Duration: 17 weeks. Weekly pay: $2,267–$2,368 per week. Guaranteed hours: none. Shift: 12-hour rotating shifts (D/E/N) with blocked weekends and holiday/on-call requirements. Setting: hospital-based neuro telemetry unit on a travel temporary assignment.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care for adult neuro patients on telemetry, including assessment, monitoring, and documentation
- Conduct neurologic checks, monitor telemetry data, and participate in continuous EEG/monitoring as applicable
- Administer medications, perform treatments per orders, and manage seizure precautions and seizure precautions protocol
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, participate in rounds, and contribute to care plans and patient education
- Respond to changes in patient condition, initiate appropriate interventions, and ensure patient and family safety and support
Requirements
- Active RN license in New York state (only NY licenses accepted at this time)
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
- Telemetry experience required
- BLS certification (American Heart Association)
- NIHSS certification
- Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts in a hospital environment
