Requirements
- Active nursing license to practice in California (RN)
- ICU/critical care nursing experience preferred for this high-acuity setting
- Ability to work nights on a 12-hour shift schedule (36 hours per week)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; ACLS recommended for ICU practice
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills; ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
