Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nutritional care to patients identified with nutritional risk, including initial assessments and reassessments.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized nutrition care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
- Educate patients and families on nutrition-related care, disease management, and expected outcomes.
- Document all interventions accurately in the electronic medical record and ensure compliance with policy and practice standards.
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate nutrition goals and ensure continuity of care.
- Demonstrate clinical competence and decision-making skills in delivering nutrition services.

Requirements
- Active California Registered Dietitian license (RD) or eligibility as applicable.
- Registered Dietitian (RD) certification.
- Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics or Nutrition from an ACEND-accredited program.
- Clinical nutrition experience preferred.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week on a daytime shift; strong in-person communication and documentation skills.
- Capability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary, fast-paced clinical environment.
