Responsibilities
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments under supervision of a registered nurse

- Perform basic wound care and dressing changes per plan of care
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic health record; ensure continuity of care
- Communicate with the care team and families as appropriate to coordinate care and safety
Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse license in New Mexico (in good standing)
- Graduation from an approved practical nursing program (PN diploma or equivalent)
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts in a long-term care setting (3x12 schedule)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
