Responsibilities
- Provide routine patient care under supervision, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and safety precautions using proper body mechanics
- Monitor patients’ conditions, report changes, and document care and observations according to policy
- Support meal times, oral care, and hygiene while promoting comfort and dignity
- Observe and respond to patient needs, communicate effectively with the nursing team, and document care provided
- Ensure adherence to privacy, infection control, and safety standards during all tasks
Requirements
- Ability to work evening/night shifts
- Willingness to travel to and cover assignments as needed
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Capability to perform physically demanding tasks and assist with mobility
- Commitment to patient privacy and safety standards
- Willingness to undergo standard background check and drug screening
