Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic CT and radiographic procedures on patients across the lifespan under supervision, ensuring exam quality and patient safety.
- Position patients appropriately, apply shielding, verify orders, and select appropriate imaging protocols to optimize image quality and dose.
- Operate CT scanners and related imaging equipment, including interfacing with the EMR (HMS Medhost) and documenting procedures accurately.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, radiologists, and referring physicians; maintain patient comfort, privacy, and safety throughout the exam.
- Maintain equipment and report any malfunctions; adhere to infection control, radiation safety, and department policies.
- Demonstrate independence and initiative in routine cases, while coordinating with the CT clinical supervisor for complex studies or new protocols.

Requirements
- Active ARRT certification – CT
- Active ARRT certification – Radiography (R)
- NH Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy license (or equivalent)
- American Heart Association BLS certification (active)
- Minimum 2 years current Imaging/CT experience
- Minimum 2 years current X-ray experience
- Ability to work independently and kick off procedures with minimal supervision
- Proficiency with EMR HMS Medhost; familiarity with MediTech, Philips, Siemens, AGFA DR and C-arm systems is highly preferred
- Travel experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- NH MIRT temporary license available; traveler may have applied for the temporary license
- Must have own vehicle; no public transportation in the area
- Profile must include RTO requests (no more than 5 days); all requests to be noted at submission
