Contract duration is 13 weeks with guaranteed work expectations aligned to 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff
- Coordinate care with other disciplines while utilizing critical thinking, professional and supervisory discretion, and independent judgment
- Maintain patient safety and comfort and respond to changes in condition as part of perioperative care
- Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately to support continuity of care
Requirements
- Active California RN license
- OR/perioperative nursing experience preferred
- BLS certification (basic life support)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced perioperative environment
- Ability to complete credentialing and onboarding requirements
- Availability to work 8-hour daytime shifts and fulfill the 40-hour weekly schedule
