Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents under supervision of the RN or physician orders
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with facility policies and state regulations
- Monitor resident conditions, document findings, and promptly report changes
- Assist with activities of daily living and promote resident safety, comfort, and dignity
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to implement and adjust care plans
- Maintain accurate and complete documentation in resident records; ensure compliance with regulatory standards
Requirements
- Active LPN license in good standing (New Mexico) or eligibility to practice
- Completion of an approved practical nursing program
- Relevant experience preferred; 1 year of LPN experience, ideally in long-term care or geriatric settings
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts on a 3-day-per-week schedule (06:00–18:30)
- Willingness to work in Santa Fe, NM; local candidate status confirmed
