Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long-Term Care in Santa Fe, New Mexico. This travel, temporary assignment begins 03/02/2026 and runs for 14 weeks. Weekly pay ranges from $961 to $1,039 per week, with guaranteed 36 hours per week. Shifts are 12-hour days (06:00–18:30) on a 3x12 schedule in a LTC – Nursing Home setting. Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents under supervision of the RN and physician
- Administer prescribed medications and monitor for adverse effects per policy and regulations
- Conduct routine assessments, monitor vital signs, and document changes in resident status
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), mobility, and comfort measures
- Maintain accurate charting and timely communication with the interdisciplinary team
- Support safety, infection control, and care plan adherence in a long-term care setting
Requirements
- Active LPN license in good standing; NM licensure or eligibility for NM strongly preferred
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Prior long-term care or skilled nursing facility experience preferred
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts and support 3x12 scheduling in a local setting
- Strong clinical documentation and communication skills
- Local-only assignment eligibility
