Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for an assigned group of patients in the ER according to established standards of care and the nursing process.

- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with facility policy and physician orders.
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of nursing staff; coordinate care with other disciplines.
- Utilize critical thinking, professional judgment, and independence to support patient safety and quality care.
- Maintain documentation, ensure privacy and infection control, and support a collaborative multidisciplinary team.
- This position is represented by UFCW.
Requirements
- Active California RN license
- Ability to work nights in a 12-hour shift, in a fast-paced ER setting
- Eligibility to work in the United States; able to participate in a travel assignment
- Demonstrated commitment to patient safety and standards of care
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with a diverse care team
