Responsibilities
- Provide cath lab circulation/scrub support for left and right heart catheterizations
- Perform PCI/angioplasty procedures, stent placement, rotablator, and CTO interventions
- Support mechanical circulatory devices (e.g., Impella, IABP) and device management for pacemakers and AICDs
- Assist with structural heart and EP procedures (TAVR, balloon valvuloplasty, Watchman; EPS; Afib/Flutter ablations; BiV and pacemaker implants)
- Manage charting in the EPIC system and maintain accurate procedural documentation
- Collaborate with the cardiac cath team and respond to intra-procedural alarms and emergent needs

Requirements
- Licenses and Certifications:
- WA RT or CIS state license active (compact license must be in hand at submission)
- BLS and ACLS required
- One of: ARRT-R or CCI RCIS
- Experience:
- Minimum 1 year Cath Lab experience (required)
- Travel experience required; first-time travelers not accepted
- Community hospital experience required
- EPIC charting experience preferred
- Skills:
- Cath lab circulation/scrub duties, left/right heart cath
- PCI/angioplasty, stent placement, rotablator, CTO interventions
- Device work: pacemakers, AICDs, temporary pacers, Impella/IABP
- Structural heart and EP procedures experience
- Ability to work in an adult/geriatric patient population
- Additional:
- On-call 1 day per week; on-call weekends about once per 5–6 weeks
- Holiday commitment to work 3 of 5 designated holidays
- Floating to nearby facilities may be required; RTO must be included at submittal
