Weekly pay: $1,922 – $1,971 per week
This assignment requires current RN licensure in the state of practice and demonstrated proficiency with the Epic electronic health record.

Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for adolescent patients in inpatient behavioral health, following established nursing processes and standards.
- Assess, develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans; monitor patient progress and adjust care as needed.
- Supervise and direct activities of nursing staff and coordinate care with physicians, therapists, social workers, and other disciplines.
- Ensure a safe, therapeutic environment; apply crisis prevention techniques and de-escalation as appropriate.
- Participate in discharge planning, patient and family education, and continuity of care across settings.
- Document clearly in the electronic health record (Epic) and collaborate with the care team to optimize outcomes.

Requirements
- Active RN licensure in the state of practice (California)
- BSN: Preferred
- Licenses/Certifications: CPR/BLS required; facility-specific BLS as applicable; CPI or TEAM/TEAM-A required
- Certifications: ACLS and PALS required
- Experience: At least 2 years of recent nursing experience in the field; acute care and/or behavioral health experience preferred
- Epic experience is required
- Vaccinations as required by policy; ability to work the night shift
- Must have current Epic experience and be able to work in a fast-paced inpatient behavioral health setting
