This travel - temporary assignment is a local-only opportunity for candidates located near Rio Rancho, NM.

Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as delegated, document in the resident record, and monitor for adverse effects.
- Perform routine nursing assessments, monitor vital signs, and promptly report changes to supervising RN.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including mobility, hygiene, nutrition, and personal care.
- Support wound care, pressures injury prevention, and basic diagnostic procedures per facility protocol.
- Collaborate with the health care team to update care plans and ensure continuity of care.
- Maintain infection control practices, proper use of equipment, and a safe, clean care environment.
- Respond to call lights, assist with transfers, and ensure resident safety during night duty.
Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in New Mexico or eligible for NM licensure (or applicable compact licensure).
- Graduation from an approved LPN program (diploma or equivalent).
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Prior experience as an LPN in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
- Ability to work night shift (18:00–06:30) and meet the demands of a 3x12-hour schedule.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States and able to work in the Rio Rancho area.
