Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or an assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of nursing staff, and coordinate care with other disciplines while applying critical thinking and independent judgment.
- Monitor patient status, administer medications and treatments per policy, and document findings accurately.
- Collaborate with physicians and other clinicians to implement care plans and ensure seamless transitions across care teams.
- Maintain patient safety, adherence to infection control practices, and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced environment.
- Communicate effectively with patients and families, providing clear explanations and emotional support as appropriate.

Requirements
- Active RN license (to be verified during the hiring process)
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts (36 hours per week)
- Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and documentation skills
- Experience or capability to supervise nursing staff and coordinate care with other disciplines
- Willingness to participate in a travel assignment to the listed location
- Ability to work in a fast-paced emergency department setting and meet assignment requirements
