Travel Registered Nurse ER Job

Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or an assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff; coordinate care with other disciplines while applying clinical judgment.
- Assess patient conditions, develop and implement care plans, and monitor patient responses to interventions.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with policy; document actions and patient outcomes.
- Communicate with patients, families, and the care team; participate in care planning, progress notes, and discharge planning.
- Ensure patient safety, uphold infection control practices, and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
Requirements
- Licensure, certification, education, and experience requirements are defined in the Job Notes.
- Ability to work a 3x12 night shift in an ER/acute care setting.
- Eligibility for a travel assignment and successful completion of credentialing processes within required timelines.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills; ability to collaborate across disciplines.
