Travel Certified Nursing Assistant CNA Job
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) travel assignment in Quincy, California, starting 03/12/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay is $984-$1,007 per week, with guaranteed 36 hours. Shift is night, with 12-hour shifts three nights per week. Work in an inpatient care setting providing direct resident care, daily living assistance, and essential clinical support under the supervision of nursing staff. Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Take and document vital signs; observe and report changes to the nursing team
- Gather information about conditions and treatment plans from caregivers, nurses, and providers
- Answer resident calls promptly and respond to requests with professionalism
- Observe skin integrity, perform turning and repositioning, and assist transfers to bed, chair, or wheelchair
- Maintain cleanliness in the care area; change sheets and restock supplies; adhere to infection control practices
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the care team to support care plans and safety
Requirements
- Active California Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant license
- Current CPR certification
- Ability to work night shifts and 12-hour shifts
- Proficient reading, writing, and spoken English for care planning and documentation
- Experience in CNA roles or long-term care settings preferred
- Education: completed state-approved CNA program
