Brooklyn, MD

Powerback - Hammonds Lane Center - R11A94
Mid Level
Step into a dynamic Travel Physical Therapist role that blends clinical excellence with the thrill of discovering new communities. As a Physical Therapist dedicated to restoring movement and improving quality of life, you will serve patients across varied settings while rooted in your specialty. This position opens doors to Maryland and Brooklyn, with opportunities to work in facilities nationwide, delivering evidence-based care and collaborative treatment plans that help patients regain independence. The contract begins on 03/23/2026 and runs for several weeks, with 35.0 guaranteed hours per week and competitive weekly pay ranging from $1,989 to $2,065. Imagine applying your expertise day after day, coaching patients through therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, gait training, and home program design, all while expanding your professional horizons.

Maryland offers a rich blend of coastal beauty and historic charm. From the Chesapeake Bay’s tranquil shores to Annapolis’s maritime heritage, and the vibrant pace of Baltimore’s neighborhoods, Maryland provides immersive patient populations and a supportive healthcare network. In Brooklyn, you’ll experience one of the country’s most vibrant healthcare ecosystems, with access to diverse patient communities, artful neighborhoods, and a network of clinics and hospitals that value innovation. This role also includes the flexibility of working in additional locations across the U.S., delivering the depth of experience that only travel assignments can provide. You’ll have the chance to explore iconic sites, local eateries, and outdoor spaces during your downtime, enriching your professional journey while maintaining your clinical focus.

Your primary responsibilities include evaluating patients, developing and implementing comprehensive PT plans, guiding therapeutic exercise and manual therapy, monitoring progress, and documenting outcomes for physicians and payers. You’ll educate patients and families, coordinate with interdisciplinary teams, and adjust treatment plans to optimize functional gains. The role offers clear pathways for professional growth within the physical therapy discipline—clinical specialization, mentorship, and potential extensions to continue serving patients and expanding your skill set. In addition to competitive compensation, you’ll receive a signing/goal-oriented bonus, housing assistance, and opportunities to extend the assignment. We provide robust support, including 24/7 assistance while you travel with the company, ensuring scheduling, housing logistics, credentialing, and clinical questions are resolved promptly. You’ll work with experienced travel colleagues and onboarding specialists who help you acclimate quickly and stay clinically confident on every shift.

Our company is built on a commitment to empowering therapists to advance their careers within a supportive, collaborative environment. We value your expertise, your professional development, and your well-being, offering ongoing education credits, access to best-practice guidelines, and a culture of recognition and growth. You’ll find a community that celebrates diverse clinical perspectives, fosters autonomy with appropriate supervision, and champions work-life balance as you explore new locations and clinical challenges. The focus is not just on patient outcomes, but on sustaining your professional vitality as a clinician and traveler.

Are you ready to bring your Physical Therapy expertise to a role that respects your skills and fuels your curiosity? Apply now to join a company that honors your contributions, prioritizes your growth, and supports you every step of the way—from onboarding through ongoing assignments across Maryland, Brooklyn, and beyond. This is more than a contract; it’s a pathway to broaden your clinical impact, meet inspiring colleagues, and redefine what’s possible in rehabilitation care.
