As an LPN in long-term care, your daily responsibilities include direct patient care, routine and focused assessments, medication administration, wound care, and assistance with activities of daily living. You’ll be pivotal in promoting mobility, nutrition, sleep quality, mood support, and safety, while fostering a compassionate, respectful environment.
