As an LPN in long-term care, your daily responsibilities include direct patient care, routine and focused assessments, medication administration, wound care, and assistance with activities of daily living. You’ll contribute to care planning, monitor vital signs, document accurately, and communicate with residents’ families to keep everyone informed and reassured. You’ll be pivotal in promoting mobility, nutrition, sleep quality, mood support, and safety, while fostering a compassionate, respectful environment.
