Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to long-term care residents under RN supervision
- Administer medications and document accurately per physician orders and facility policy
- Monitor vital signs, assess patient status, and report changes promptly
- Assist residents with activities of daily living and mobility
- Participate in care planning and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team
- Maintain safety protocols and infection control standards; document care activities timely
Requirements
- Active LPN license in New Mexico or ability to obtain
- LPN diploma from an accredited program
- CPR/BLS certification
- 1+ year of relevant experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
- Availability to work 3x12-hour shifts and meet 36 guaranteed hours per week
