Responsibilities
- Assist with and supervise nursing activities to ensure the highest level of quality care for residents in the memory care unit
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed; document accurately and promptly
- Monitor resident conditions, identify changes, and communicate updates to the care team and supervising physicians
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members (CNA staff, therapists, social workers) to implement and adjust care plans
- Maintain safety, infection control, and resident privacy throughout all care activities
- Support shift staff to uphold standards of practice and ongoing quality improvement
