Responsibilities
- Manage the call back queue for patient lab results, providing timely callbacks and updates

- Conduct inbound and outbound calls to address backlogs and patient inquiries
- Maintain accurate documentation of communications and patient information in the system
- This role is non-bedside and does not involve direct patient care
Requirements
- Current Georgia RN license (active)
- AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to handle confidential information
- Ability to work on-site in the Atlanta metro area
- Capable of performing non-clinical RN duties related to call-back and backlog management
- Availability for a 40-hour weekly schedule (M-F, daytime hours)
