- monitor patient conditions, administer medications per policy, document promptly, and respond to changes in patient status.
- Collaborate with the health care team to develop and implement individualized care plans and ensure continuity of care.
Requirements
- Active RN license (state-specific licensure applicable to practice in the United States)
- Education: graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Med-surg or inpatient nursing experience in a fast-paced unit is preferred
- Ability to work in a med-surg inpatient setting and to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
- Strong communication and organizational skills
