Role Specifics and Benefits: As a Med Surg Tele RN, you’ll manage a broad spectrum of adult medical-surgical patients, with telemetry monitoring and acute care needs that keep you challenged and engaged. Your day-to-day responsibilities include comprehensive patient assessments, care planning and coordination with physicians and case managers, IV therapy, wound care, medication administration, patient and family education, discharge planning, and post-discharge follow-up when appropriate. You’ll collaborate with fast-paced teams to prevent complications, implement evidence-based protocols, and promote safe, efficient care transitions. We offer competitive compensation with a weekly pay range of $2,087-$2,214, plus a welcome bonus and housing assistance to help you settle quickly.
