Registered Nurse, OB/GYN — Tillamook, Oregon — Travel assignment. Start: August 10, 2026. Duration: 8 weeks. Weekly pay: $2,384–$2,447 per week. Guaranteed hours: 48 per week. Shift: 7:00 PM–7:00 AM, nights, 3x12-hour shifts. Setting: a 25-bed critical access hospital serving the local rural community.

Responsibilities
- Deliver direct obstetric and gynecologic nursing care to an assigned patient group according to standards of care and the nursing process.
- Collect and analyze assessment data, develop a care plan, implement interventions, and evaluate patient outcomes.
- Supervise and coordinate activities of nursing staff across shifts; collaborate with obstetric, neonatal, anesthesia, and ancillary teams to ensure safe, patient-centered care.
- Document comprehensively in the medical record, coordinate discharge planning, and provide education to patients and families.
- Monitor maternal and fetal status, manage routine obstetric/gynecologic procedures, and assist with neonatal resuscitation when needed per protocol.
- Utilize EPIC and Cerner for documentation and care coordination as required.
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice (Oregon)
- Minimum 2 years of recent nursing experience in the field
- Current BLS/CPR certification (or equivalent per policy); ACLS required
- Neonatal Resuscitation (NRP) certification required
- STABLE, INTERMEDIATE FETAL MONITORING (INTFETAL) certification required
- Education: BSN preferred
- Licenses/Certifications: ACLS, NRP, STABLE, INTFETAL required
- EMR experience with EPIC and Cerner required
- Ability to work night shift in a inpatient obstetric/gynecologic setting
