Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Travel assignment in Geneva, NY. Start date 03/30/2026 for a 14-week contract with a 3x12-hour night shift (7:00 pm–7:30 am) in a Short Term Acute Care Hospital setting. Weekly pay range: $704-$740 per week. Guaranteed hours: 0.0. Responsibilities
- Perform patient care activities and non-professional services to support comfort and dignity per the plan of care
- Take vital signs and assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and daily rounding
- Assist with meals and feeding, setup of trays, and distribution of nourishments per policy
- Document care provided accurately and timely according to policies and procedures
- Turn, position, and provide skin care; respond promptly to call lights and alarms; ensure patient safety
- Support rehabilitation needs per care plan, including ROM, ambulation, transfers, and use of assistive devices; document rehab activities
Requirements
- Minimum high school graduate or equivalent; post-secondary education in health or human services
- 1-2 years of customer service and/or health-related experience (Med/Surg/ED/ICU)
- BLS required (American Heart Association or equivalent)
- Ability to work in a hospital setting and collaborate within a care team
- Local candidates may be considered; CNAs in scope of practice accepted per state regulations
