Responsibilities
- Provide direct, bedside nursing care to residents per individualized care plans
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments, document doses and responses
- Monitor vital signs, assess changes in condition, and report to the supervising clinician
- Assist residents with activities of daily living and mobility as needed
- Document care accurately in the medical record and ensure regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to adjust plans of care and maintain resident safety
Requirements
- Availability for a 12-hour night shift schedule (19:00–07:30), 3 nights per week
- Experience in a long-term care or similar skilled nursing setting preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, resident-centered environment
- Local candidates preferred due to the local-only designation
