Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive transthoracic echocardiography (TTE) and specialized pediatric/structural heart imaging in adults and pediatric patients, including neonates
- Acquire and interpret imaging across 2D, 3D, TTE, TEE as applicable; conduct bubble studies and pharmacologic or treadmill stress echocardiography
- Operate and optimize GE echocardiography equipment; support physicians during procedures and in peri-procedural imaging
- Manage patient flow for a daily census of approximately 8–10 studies across 4 examination rooms; assist with inpatient, outpatient, and procedure-related imaging
- Enter and archive studies in the charting system (Epic) and PACS; maintain accurate documentation and timely reporting
- Maintain patient safety and comfort; participate in on-call coverage as needed

Requirements
- Certifications: BLS; Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) and/or RDMS-Peds (pediatric echocardiography) as listed in qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 3 years preferred; pediatric echo and structural heart imaging required
- Specialization: Pediatric imaging and structural heart experience required; TTE, 3D echo, bubble study, and stress echo capabilities
- Equipment: Experience with GE echocardiography systems
- Eligibility: Ability to work 5x8-hour days (Mon–Fri) with on-call as needed
- Distance rule: Must live at least 100 miles from the facility
