Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), skilled nursing facility travel assignment in Franklin, New Hampshire. Start date: 04/06/2026. Duration: 12 weeks. Weekly pay: $685-$744 per week. Guaranteed hours: 37 per week. Shift: 5x8 evenings (4:00 PM–11:00 PM). This is a local, travel temporary assignment in a skilled nursing facility; local OT is not guaranteed and every other weekend may be required.

Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
- Support transfers and ambulation using proper body mechanics and assistive devices; maintain safety and dignity at all times.
- Monitor and document vital signs and report changes to the supervising nurse as required.
- Assist with meals, feeding, hydration, and preparation for mealtime routines; document intake as needed.
- Maintain clean, safe resident rooms and common areas; adhere to infection control and safety protocols.
- Record care provided in the charting system and communicate effectively with the care team to ensure continuity of care.
Requirements
- Active CNA certification in New Hampshire (or clearly eligible to practice in the state)
- Completion of an approved CNA program
- Prior CNA experience in long-term or skilled nursing settings preferred
- Ability to work evenings and adapt to a skilled nursing facility environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills; compassionate resident-focused approach
